It is with great excitement that we are once again able to hold our Family Chan Camp for Summer 2022. This year, it will be a primarily "reunion" event and priority is given to families who have participated in Family Chan Camp in the past. New applicants will be placed on the waiting list until May15th, 2022. After that, any open slots will be filled in order of application date/time. Number of participants will be limited.
There are programs for three different groups---kids (age 7-11), teens (age 12-16) and adults. Campers get to experience great programs such as Chan in Daily Life Workshop, Leadership and Communication Skills, The Art of Tea, Yoga and Meditation, Arts and Crafts, Nature Hikes and much more!
** Adult group will be led by Ven. Guo Xing and Ven. Chang Hwa.
NOTE: Due to the on-going pandemic, to keep everyone safe and healthy, all participants (adults and children) must be fully vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2 at least two weeks prior to arrival. If the infection rates worsens prior to beginning of the reunion, we may still decide to cancel the event. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Children participating must reach 7 years of age or older on or before August 3rd, 2022. For children ages 10 and under, we strongly encourage at least one parent/guardian attend with the children. Children ages 10 and under not accompanied by an adult may be put on waiting list.
