Directions

By subway from Manhattan:

Take the Uptown R train to the Grand Ave./Newtown station. Walk 3 blocks on Broadway. Turn right on Corona Ave. Walk 6 blocks to the Chan Center. Click the map on the right to see a larger map. 

OR

Take #7, E or F train to 74th St./Jackson Heights station. Change to R or G (toward Forest Hills) and go 2 stops to Grand Ave./Newtown station. Then follow the above directions.

By bus from Flushing:

Take Q58 bus on 41st. Rd. Get off at 91st. Pl. and Corona Ave. The trip takes about 20 minutes.

By car:

1. From Manhattan: Take Long Island Expressway (I-495), eastbound. Get off at Exit 19 to Queens Boulevard. Follow the service road and turn left to Queens Boulevard. On Queens Boulevard, make a right hand turn to Broadway. Drive straight ahead for three blocks and make a right hand turn to Corona Avenue. The Chan Center is six blocks away on the right hand side. It's a three-storey building in front of a traffic light.

2. From Long Island: Take Long Island Expressway (I-495), westbound. Get off at Exit 20 to Junction Boulevard. Follow the service road and make a right hand turn to Junction Boulevard. On Junction Boulevard, make a left hand turn to Corona Avenue. Drive pass two traffic lights and the Chan Center is on the left hand side.

3. From Triboro Bridge: Take Brooklyn Queens Expressway (I-278), eastbound. Follow the sign to Long Island Expressway, eastbound. Once on LIE, follow instruction in 1.

4. From Whitestone Bridge: Take Van Wyck Expressway, southbound. Follow the sign to Long Island Expressway, westbound. Once on LIE, follow instruction in 2
